Come and meet Dr Simon de Lestang, who has arguably the best job in WA - Principal Research Scientist at the WA Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPRID).
His main task is the stock assessments of western rock lobster, deep sea crabs and southern crustacean fisheries.
Simon will tell us how the number of lobsters available to fishers to catch is successfully managed, and lots of other fun stuff!
