Peace Pole installed at Ballina Coast High
Peace is at the heart of The Rotary Foundation’s Mission: to enable Rotary members to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through the improvement of health, providing quality education, improving the environment and the alleviation of poverty. This is also a shared part of the mission of Rotary International.
Around 300,000 Peace Poles stand in every country in the world, as arguably the world’s best known and most recognisable symbol of a shared wish for a world at peace.
