Applecross Village will once again come alive this spring with the return of the much-loved, family-friendly Applecross Rotary Jacaranda Festival!

Held on Sunday 19 November 2023 from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, this one-day extravaganza features an amazing selection of boutique stallholders, a fabulous line-up of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy, a community group hub, a quiet area for mums and kids and a gourmet food zone serving up all your favourites!

The event message for 2023 promotes 'Volunteers In Action.' This year over 600 hours from more than 100 volunteers will ensure the event's success!

Set amongst the magnificent blooming jacaranda trees of Applecross Village, the 2023 event will feature 150+ producers, makers, retailers and community-based organisations taking over Ardross Street.

Discover locally made arts & crafts, homewares, giftware, fashion and jewellery for the whole family and so much more. Come along and spend a leisurely few hours perusing thoughtful Christmas gift ideas for family members, friends and co-workers.

After meeting the talented producers, makers and creators, you can relax and unwind with awesome entertainment for the young and young at heart. From street theatre and a non-stop entertainment marquee, you are sure to love the vibrant community atmosphere! The entertainment is sponsored by Riviere Residences and one particular highlight will be a performance by a Ukrainian Choir.

If you are feeling peckish, head to the bustling gourmet food zone or check out one of the great cafes lining Ardross Street! There will be a wide variety of food options available to suit all dietary requirements.

The Applecross Rotary Jacaranda Festival 2023 promises to be an unmissable family day out and entry is FREE! At entry points, you can make a donation and funds will help with the very active community giving program of Applecross Rotary.

With the jacarandas in bloom and Christmas around the corner, thousands of people are expected to flock to Ardross Street for this year's event.

Plastic Free and Environmentally Friendly.
The Jacaranda Festival is also setting the standard as environmentally friendly with City of Melville volunteer Waste Warriors in action at bin stations ensuring correct disposal of waste. GO2CUP will provide reusable eating utensils and takeaway coffee cups, and Drinking Water stations will be on site.

Parking will be available on the Applecross Primary School oval, with a free shuttle bus to and from the event.
