Fremantle Tour Guide

Within six months of the Swan River Colony being founded in 1829, Fremantle had four hotels. The saying “if these walls could talk" especially applies to old pubs. Over the years, pubs have given Fremantle a rich and colourful social history.

Historian, tour guide, author and speaker Allen Graham has written a book about the hotels and social fabric of Fremantle from 1829 to 1929, called The Inns and Outs of Fremantle.
