An award was made to Joseph Florio, of Visionary in Petra St, East Fremantle. Joe is an Optician in his business who provides valuable support to clients. Joe prepares lens and assists customers in selecting the most appropriate frames to suit their lenses and facial structure. He has a wide range of quality frames from around the world and an extensive knowledge of frames. If he does not have a client’s preferred brand, he will advise the client where they are available. He is meticulous in ensuring customers are happy with their frames and lens and that they fit correctly. His customer service is friendly and outstanding even with difficult customers. Joe has been in business for over 40 years. Many of his clients have been going to Joe for years, having followed him to his present location.
