As well as returning to speak to us on another topic related to racing: “Are jockeys a necessary evil”, Dr Peter Symons is going to judge the ‘best’ dress-up to mark the annual occasion when all of Australia allegedly stops for 5 minutes, on the first Tuesday in November.  Sorry Donald J Trump, this is NOT about you!

 

So look for a hat, or something really eye catching, maybe a dress like supermodel Jean Shrimpton wore to Flemington in 1985? WITHOUT A HAT!  What is the world coming to they gasped, in the VRC President’s box.

Spotlight is a good place to look, as well as Vinnies and Anglicare shops.  Your call!
