Today's the day. Give A Feed 2026 is officially open.

Since 2011, West Australians like you have shared more than 42,000 Give A Feed hampers with families doing it tough. Every one carries the same message: someone is thinking of you.

This Christmas the need is bigger than ever. Around 231,000 WA households are severely food insecure, and more and more of them have children.

WHO IS GIVE A FEED?

It's more than a hamper.

It's connection and a conversation that tells a family doing it tough: you're not alone. Enjoy Christmas!

Give A Feed is WA's Christmas hamper appeal. Wayne Smith and Aaron Pitt started it in 2011 with Foodbank WA and Rotary WA, to help families in need at Christmas so they can feel the Christmas spirit.

Every $50 hamper feeds a family of four, and 100% of every donation goes to Foodbank WA, so it's fully tax deductible. Hampers reach women and children through women's refuges and Child Protection, and 200 go to First Nations communities each year.

Applecross Rotary Give A Feed, you can too!
